In the next step you will be asked to backup your original EEprom into the flash of the SmartXX.  This backup is strongly recomended to recover your data in case of a desaster ! Also select YES and the SmartXX will arrange the backup. If everything worked fine, you will see this screen:  Just click "OK". This is your future startscreen of your SmartXX-OS. At this time all BIOS banks are empty.  On the left side you see the type of Video-Chipset, in this example it´s a Conexant. The following line shows your the video signal and the video mode. In the last line you will find the version of SmartXX-OS. You can download the latest updates at www.smartxx.com If you select Reboot the box makes a reset. By selecting Shutdown the box will power off. For Linux and Config check the following pages. |
